Directions for Use
Aromatic: Add three to four drops to a diffuser of your choice.
Topical: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil before massage into muscles. Add to toothpaste before brushing teeth.
Internal: Dilute each drop with four ounces of water before ingesting.
Cinnamon bark essential oil should always be diluted by some means, or else it will irritate sensitive skin and tissues. If you’re pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before using it. Never use it to replace a prescribed medication.
