  • Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil and massage into sore muscles

  • Directions for Use

    Aromatic: Add three to four drops to a diffuser of your choice.

    Topical: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil before massage into muscles. Add to toothpaste before brushing teeth.

    Internal: Dilute each drop with four ounces of water before ingesting.
